Since entering real estate in 1989, young and ambitious, Tim continuously strove to take in and learn as much as possible about his chosen industry that led to extensive knowledge in all aspects of real estate. Along the way, his dedication and efforts also did not go unnoticed as Tim became the recipient of numerous achievement awards as awarded by RE/MAX International. His knowledge and expertise have been sought after as an industry speaker and has been continuously featured in numerous media interviews including newspaper, radio (CFRB “Ask the Experts”) and TV (CP24, CBC, CFTO, CTV, Omni and Global). With the support of his wife and three children, he has focussed his sights on helping Realtors achieve success, mentoring and coaching his entire sales and support staff and sharing the knowledge necessary for the ever-changing real estate industry. Tim has a reputation as a visionary when it comes to industry trends and embracing technology. He deeply believes that one should not be afraid of change and instead be afraid of not changing.

Tim has also served as part of the TREB Board of Directors between 2012 until 2019, Board of Director with the Ontario Real Estate Association and 2017/2018 President of the Toronto Real Estate Board. The largest real estate board in the world. Tim is Presently a Board of Director at CREA (The Canadian Real Estate Association), representing the real estate industry at the national level.

Larry became the CREA Ontario Regional Director in 2018 and is a Past Chair of the Commercial, Financing and the Audit and Risk Management Committee's as well as a committee member on Governance and By-Laws, Finance and the Voting Task Force. On April 13, 2021, he was elected CREA Vice-Chair by the board of directors. He has always believed in listening and respecting all of our member's input and concerns from coast to coast before a major decision can be made. The directors should be held accountable and transparent when we are communicating and reporting to the members.

Larry was born and raised in Toronto, where he graduated from Centennial College in Business and Marketing. He later went on to becoming a REALTOR® in 1981, and a broker in 1987 and is currently a broker/manager for Re/Max Ultimate Realty Inc. His home board is the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board where he had served as director from 2007 to 2018 and became the President of TRREB in 2016/2017. This position involved extensive training with many media appearances, including television, radio and print. Larry has also made significant contributions to the profession’s educational requirements, having served as an OREA Provincial designated REI Instructor since 1988 as well as adding input to the New, Trust in Rest Estate Services Act (TRESA). He was also very involved in coaching competitive sports, mainly hockey at all levels. When the day is done and it’s time to relax, Larry enjoys spending time with his wife, Sheree, watching movies, listening to music, the Toronto Raptors, Blue Jays, and sometimes even the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Matthew joined Re/Max Ultimate for his 10th year in real estate, having served as an agent, Managing Broker, and Broker of Record. Committed to raising industry standards, he led training programs at various brokerages in the GTA. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and Interior Design and is a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Matthew is an avid traveler, proud uncle, and passionate theater goer, serving as Chair of the Board for Studio 180 Theatre in Toronto.

Pamela has over 20 years of experience in adult learning, coaching, and educating. She has been in the real estate game for over 10 years and has been a member of the Executive or 100% Club for many of those years. Pamela's professional journey has taken her to Bermuda and back, where she worked for the Insurance Institute of Canada as a business coach and learning expert. With her own consulting firm under her belt, she brings all of that valuable experience to the table when working in real estate. Her team has won numerous awards, including Platinum, & Pinnacle Team Awards, and is one of the top 50 large teams in RE/MAX Canada.
