Community Involvement

RE/MAX Ultimate Realty Inc., Brokerage is the 5th highest fundraising RE/MAX Brokerage for SickKids Hospital raising over $908,000 in 2023. We may not be the largest brokerage in the GTA, but we certainly have the agents with the biggest hearts and compassion for their community.

Our success tomorrow depends on the talent we nurture today. We are proud to offer co-op positions for students, each year, through partnerships with local secondary schools. Students working at RE/MAX Ultimate learn practical skills like communication, problem solving, teamwork and customer service. Our Co-Op Students experience what it’s like to work in a professional work environment and we benefit from students' energy, fresh ideas, knowledge and skills.

For the past 10 years, our goal is to make the holiday season very special for children in our city! The CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish program has become one of the largest distributors of toys to children in need in the Greater Toronto Area and each year we are blown away by the generosity of our community members, clients and Ultimate business partners.

Each year the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society holds a walk to build awareness of blood cancers as well as raise money for research and support of patients and their families. The Syrianos family have participated in the walk for many years, with the support of our Ultimate family.

We believe in the communities that we serve and we know the importance of making a house a home. As REALTORS®, our goal is to serve our clients in finding their dream homes, and through Furniture Bank, we can serve displaced families in our city.
